How long will my bugs be stored on the system?
Bugs which have not been modified for 1 year will be deleted. In the Free Package, if the company has been inactive for 1 year, it also will be removed. In the pay versions, once payment ceases, logins will be inactivated immediately. Data will be be kept for 1 year in projects that are no longer in use.

Can I import bugs from another system?
In the Corporate Package, bugs can be imported on a one-time basis from a CSV file. The file must contain the fields that are available in BugHost. We can also import your bugs from a CSV file for a one-time fee. If you are interested in importing your own bugs into BugHost, email and we will be happy to work with you.
